Yoga & Movement for Health
Is your mind roaming freely, while your body feels rigid and stiff? Let’s flip it. Join me for a yoga and movement practice that frees your body and tames your mind.

Yoga for clarity of thought & action
Recognizing and responding to each of your life’s situations appropriately will pave your path to a more peaceful way of being. I’ve found this to be the biggest contribution of yoga to my personal life.
Clarity of thought
Clear away your biased thoughts and see situations for what they truly are.
Clarity of action
Build up the courage to change what matters and is within your control.
Clarity of peace
Develop the grace to accept and navigate challenges that lie beyond your control.
Movement for health
Yoga doesn’t have to follow rigid rules to be effective. By blending modern movement science with traditional yogasana, you’ll discover a practice that’s accessible, balanced, and fits naturally into daily life. After all, even the foundational yogic text, Yoga Sutras, opens with a reminder that yoga practice begins in the now.
Mindful movement
Every practice starts with a simple step: movement. Whether through mindful breathing, yoga postures, gentle stretches, or functional exercises, even 10 minutes a day can transform your energy and overall health.

Strenght, stability & flexibility
Many yoga postures naturally combine strengthening and stretching, building balanced physical resilience. Yoga also enhances joint health and develops balance, helping you navigate your world with greater ease.
“A thought is useful when it motivates action and a hindrance when it substitutes for action.”

Yoga for Tinnitus Series
“The sound is not disturbing you. You’re disturbing the sound.” This is one of my favorite yoga quotes. Totally unrelated to tinnitus, but as someone who’s had tinnitus since 2020, I think it’s entirely relatable.
The sound is there. That’s a fact. Ideally, someone finds a cure yesterday. Until then, how do we stop constantly turning to it, giving it our attention?
This series offers yoga as a tool to help you shift your focus to the entirety of your being, allowing tinnitus to truly become background noise (which it always has been) and not the central focus of your day.
